Fly Fishing Tour to River Äkäs
This tour is an introductory session into the world of fly fishing
During this half-day trip we take you to the river Äkäs. We introduce the fly fishing equipment and basic techniques as well as teach you how to wade safely. Once we get fishing we'll provide you with tips to reading the river, wading, fishing techniques and fly selection. The main fish we are catching on the tour is grayling — a cold-water fish famous for its beautifully colored fins. A snack break will be held during the tour to enjoy snacks on the river bank.

Fishing on Lake Jokijärvi
The trip takes you to lake Jokijärvi and our wilderness hut
The lake offers great opportunities for various arts of fishing. This trip is a combination of fishing and enjoying nature. You will also learn about the local fishing history and its meaning to the local culture. We will fish both from the shore and a rowing boat. This trip is suitable for those who enjoy going to nature, who like fishing or would like to learn more about fishing.

Float Fishing on River Äkäs
This tour takes you to fish from a belly boat or a canoe
From the vessels you have a chance to lure fish in the deeper and non-wadeable pools of the river. Our guide advises you on techniques of fishing and use of BB/canoe. Snack break will be held during the tour.

Guided Fly Fishing Day
A full day of guided fly fishing on crystal clear Lapland waters
Ylläs region holds plenty of good fishing spots for all anglers. Main target fish on the waters is grayling but pikes, whitefish and perches are also lurkin’ in the waters. We may fish either on the rivers or lakes of the region, but also at the border river, Väylä, between Finland and Sweden. There’s also an option to use belly boats for fishing. We always tailor the day based on your requests and desires.

Salmon Fishing on river Tornion-Muonionjoki
Salmon fishing under the midnight sun
On the tour we fish from the boat, by harling or casting. Depending on the water level, there is a chance to fish from the shore, too. When harling for salmon, there are seats for two people and the guide in the boat. In the trip you will learn the best salmon fishing spots and hear hints of the best lures, glazed with some fishing stories. This trip is definitely a deep dive to the secrets of salmon trolling with the help of an experienced fishing guide. This programme can be implemented during the period 1 June – 31 August, when salmon fishing is permitted.
